DESIRED REQUIREMENTS: * Specialization or Residency in Worker's Health; * Experience in Chemical Dependency Programs; * Knowledge and participation in Worker's Quality of Life Programs; * Experience conducting group activities focused on current topics. 1 Plan and carry out occupational health actions for active Banco do Brasil employees, following guidelines from the Agreements Management Division, aiming at quality care and rationalization of resources. 2 Conduct training on Psychosocial Assessment for the occupational health teams at CASSI and Banco do Brasil's SESMT whenever necessary. 3 Issue opinions on psychological test evaluations conducted during Banco do Brasil's admission exams, monitoring cases requiring additional attention due to test results. 4 Monitor and follow up on active Banco do Brasil employees identified with abnormalities in psychosocial assessments that do not result in work disability, contributing to comprehensive care. 5 \- Issue expert reports, technical reports, and assessments related to the execution of the agreement with Banco do Brasil whenever requested, to support health diagnoses and/or respond to specific participant demands. 6\- Participate in the planning and implementation of activities within the Substance Dependence Control Program (smoking, alcohol, and drugs). 7\- Participate in developing and periodically updating clinical protocols, research, and systematic studies in occupational health, adhering to head office regulations and guidelines to ensure comprehensiveness and quality of services provided. 8\- Participate in the planning, promotion, and execution of occupational health programs, developing individual or collective intervention strategies. 9\- Develop collective actions aimed at preserving the mental health of Banco do Brasil and CRBB/SAC employees. 10\- Monitor cases of Work Accidents (typical, commuting, or occupational diseases) that have psychological impacts. 11\- Attend meetings with Regional SESMT, CASSI Occupational Physicians, and other team professionals to align health actions. 12\- Provide psychological assistance and monitor individuals (directly or indirectly) involved in robberies at BB branches or kidnappings, individually, according to CASSI regulations, including at affected branches. 13\- Prepare informational materials related to Emotional Health. 14\- Conduct evaluations of employees who, during EPS or other occupational assessments, show abnormalities in Stress Symptom Inventories or abusive use of psychoactive substances, indicating appropriate technical procedures for each case, and referring them to Primary Care teams and, when necessary, to accredited network providers. 15\- Conduct joint evaluations with the Unit's Occupational Physician and/or other team professionals when requested by Regional SESMT/GEPES. 16\- Conduct technical visits together with Banco do Brasil's SESMT, CASSI's Occupational Physician, and/or other team professionals at Banco do Brasil branches, aiming at care delivery and coordination of care. 17\- Monitor cases of absenteeism associated with mental health complaints. 18\- Provide support through case discussions, interconsultations, or shared care management in occupational health-related cases. 19\- Monitor adherence, quality, and healthcare outcomes of employees referred for treatment within the accredited network. 20\- When it is identified that an active BB employee requires mental health treatment, indicate, refer, and monitor adherence through the accredited network or online psychotherapy program. 21\- The psychologist in each state is part of the multidisciplinary team responsible for evaluating legal classification as a PCD (Person with Disability) and assessing whether the reported disability is compatible with job responsibilities. It is their responsibility to issue an opinion detailing relevant aspects of the psychological evaluation performed during the admission exam. 22\- Analyze, monitor, and assist in other processes related to their area of expertise when requested. 2509180202241759277
