A health research institution is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Lead data architecture, design, validation, and reporting, ensuring consistency and credibility of information. Prepare and consolidate data for institutional presentations and periodic reports to leadership and managers. Develop, implement, and maintain automated and dynamic reports and dashboards for data and institutional KPI visualization. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within large datasets to support strategic management decisions. Develop and support the development of automated tools in collaboration with end-user departments. Promote a data-driven culture, enabling strategic and operational decisions based on real, objective, and measurable data. Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, or Data Scientist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
