Technical analysis and feasibility support for projects **Position: Architect** Work Location: Rio de Janeiro – RJ We are looking for an Architect to join our team — proactive, technically proficient, and passionate about turning ideas into well-executed projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Architectural project development at all stages (preliminary study, schematic design, and construction documentation) * Preparation and review of floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details * Coordination of architectural projects with other disciplines * Technical analysis and feasibility support for projects * Monitoring tasks with the team and, when necessary, interfacing with suppliers **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Experience in general project development * Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in interdisciplinary project coordination * Exposure to various building typologies (residential, commercial, corporate) Compensation: R$6.000,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
