




Job Summary: A professional responsible for defining and reviewing inventory parameters, analyzing material consumption, tracking purchase orders, using ERP systems, monitoring inbound and outbound movements, and preparing supporting reports. Supporting decision-making with reports and spreadsheets Responsibilities: * + Define and review inventory parameters (minimum/maximum) based on historical consumption and production forecasts + Analyze material consumption and request supplies according to lead times + Track purchase orders and perform follow-up with suppliers + Use the company's ERP system to maintain up-to-date data on materials, orders, inventory, and movements + Monitor customer order portfolio via EDI (if applicable) + Work with logistics indicators related to supply, consumption, and coverage + Monitor inbound and outbound movements, coordinating with receiving and warehouse teams + Support inventory counts, periodic reviews, and balance adjustments + Support logistics in freight control, especially emergency shipments + Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making Working hours to be determined.
