This position is also open to anyone recognized as a disabled worker. ### **Reference** 2026\-16950 **Position description** ------------------------ ### **Type of assignment** Full\-time Regular ### **Function** Operational activities \- Freight Administration ### **Job title** Senior Logistics Projects Analyst (Freight Forwarding) M/F ### **Job description** * Request cargo booking from the carrier based on specifications defined by the client/agent at destination; * Coordinate cargo pickup when required, per instructions from the client/agent at destination; * Keep the client informed about shipment status; * Monitor customs clearance handled by the freight agent; * Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry into the system and in documentation issuance; * Issue the invoice related to the process within the stipulated deadline; * Send booking details; * Submit the draft Bill of Lading (BL) within the stipulated deadline; * Monitor cargo delivery at the pre-determined terminal within the stipulated deadline. ### **Applicant's profile** Fluent English, 5 years of experience in the area, customer care, shipment coordination, and experience in Freight Forwarding and industrial projects ### **Working time (%)** 100 **Position location** --------------------- ### **Position place** America, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro ### **Location** Rio de Janeiro **Candidate criteria** ---------------------- ### **Minimum level of education required** ORDINARY NATIONAL DIPLOMA (OND) / HNC /HND OR EQUIVALENT ### **Years of experience in similar position** Confirmed (5 to 10 years of experience) ### **Languages** English (Intermediate)
