Logistics Analyst

Description

Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor logistics activities using management systems; * Monitor logistics operations performance through indicator analysis; * Develop and implement logistics optimization initiatives focused on continuous improvement; * Perform inventory control and management using dedicated systems; * Monitor product distribution and support delivery route planning; * Analyze and negotiate proposals with suppliers and carriers, considering cost, lead time, and quality; * Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations, supporting internal audits; * Participate in logistics improvement projects, conducting analyses, tests, and process adjustments; * Support user departments in resolving issues related to logistics processes; * Follow Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures and standards; * Participate in logistics-related training and capacity-building programs; * Stay updated on trends, technologies, and tools applicable to logistics. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, transportation, and distribution. * Experience with operational indicators and preparation of control reports/spreadsheets. * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with logistics management systems.
