Intern mentoring ### **Outsourcing services company hiring:** **HR Assistant** ------------------------------- * **Contract type:** Indefinite-term employment contract * **Work model:** On-site * **Working hours:** Monday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM\. ### **Summary:** Handle Recruitment and Selection processes, including client and candidate communication, job posting, resume screening, interviews, position follow-up with requisitioning departments, and administrative support for the HR department. ### **Responsibilities:** * Receive and guide candidates; * Receive job requisitions upon Management authorization and align the required position profile and candidate qualifications with the requisitioner; * Propose and share recommended recruitment channels and selection methodologies with other HR Analysts; * Post job openings (on official website and social media), recruit, and evaluate resumes according to the requested position’s profile; * Conduct interviews for candidate evaluation and selection (internal and external); * Prepare shortlists upon client request for Temporary or Outsourced staffing processes; * Organize materials and logistics for group dynamics or training sessions; * Record, track, and update vacancy statuses in the current R \& S system, as well as on utilized social media platforms; * Monitor all selection stages with the vacancy requisitioner until process closure; * Ensure, upon completion of the selection process, that information entered in the hiring form complies with labor legislation; * Keep internal company departments involved in the selection and onboarding process informed (e.g., Relationship Management for Temporary and Outsourced Staffing, and Selection-only processes for the Billing Department); * Guide HR interns in performing their duties; * Assume responsibility for departmental activities in the Analyst’s absence; * Assist in organizing company meetings and festive events; * Support the Analyst in various administrative tasks. ### **Education:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration; ### **Technical Competencies:** * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience conducting group, individual, and competency-based interviews. ### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Life Insurance; ### **Company Information:** * **Industry:** Outsourcing services * **Location:** Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance
