Monitor tax legislation and provide tax support The company is seeking a Tax Analyst in Barra Mansa. **Responsibilities:** Perform tax accounting for incoming, outgoing, and service invoices. Calculate indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and SIMPLES NACIONAL) and, where applicable, direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, and withholding taxes). Prepare, review, and submit ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, GIA, DCTF, ISS declarations, and others). Verify tax entries, reconciliations, and reports. Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on their impact on internal processes and systems. Organize and maintain up-to-date tax documentation, XML files, and supporting reports for internal, external, and government audits. Respond to government audits and official notices by preparing required documentation, reports, and clarifications. Support Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and other related departments on tax-related queries and system configurations (NCM, CFOP, CST, tax rates, etc.). Previous experience as a Tax Analyst, Tax Consultant, Fiscal Compliance Specialist, or Tax Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
