Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented, and discreet Executive Analyst to provide strategic support, process optimization, and document management, contributing to the company's growth. Join us and contribute to the evolution of our systems and processes! **We strongly encourage applications from Black people, Indigenous peoples, LGBTQIA\+, persons with disabilities, and other historically marginalized identities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategic, administrative, and organizational support to executive leadership; * Process and communication optimization to enhance efficiency and achievement of company objectives; * Contract/amendment signature control and related activities within this scope; * Document management using control spreadsheets; * Verification of measurements for specific clients and entry of invoices into clients' proprietary portals; * End\-to\-end activity/process tracking; * File formatting and organization; * Coordination and tracking of activities jointly with clients, various internal departments, and executive leadership/directors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel); * Relevant work experience; * Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Finance, or Administration are desirable; * Advantage: knowledge of PowerBI. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Rio Comprido \- Rio de Janeiro/RJ **\- 100% On-site** **Schedule / Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, during business hours.
