Job Summary: The Process Analyst will be responsible for developing value stream mappings, leading improvement initiatives, and defining production cycle times, applying problem-solving tools. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in implementing improvements through A3 2. Proficiency in VSM, VSD, OEE, and problem-solving tools 3. Experience with Stamping, TIG welding, MIG welding, and Projection welding **PROCESS ANALYST POSITION** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development of value stream mapping (VSM\- Value Stream Mapping), identifying improvement opportunities (kaizens) and defining VSD (Value Stream Design); * Proficiency in developing, leading, and implementing improvements through A3; * Proficiency in defining production cycle times, calculating OEE, and assessing line and machine capacities; * Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, PSS \- Problem Solving Sheet, 5Ws2Hs...); * Knowledge of ISO 9000, IATF, and VDA standards; * Knowledge and leadership of SMED; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Interpersonal communication; * Teamwork. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in Stamping, TIG welding, MIG welding, and Projection welding processes; * Experience as a Process Analyst in developing engineering documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flowcharts, Work Instructions, Setup, Packaging, Inspection, etc.); * Experience in developing Tryouts for stamping processes on transfer presses, robotic presses, and stationary presses; * Black Belt certification; * SolidWorks, AutoCAD, project management. **Benefits** Additional Information Shuttle transportation service for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for wellness and recreational activities; Basic food basket; Profit Sharing and Results Program (PLR).
