Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something greater. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose and mitigate opportunities within the industrial automation network, including communication failures, redundancy, and security. * Design, implement, and maintain industrial network infrastructure (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, etc.) * Support and evolve control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Historian) * Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives, including real-time data collection, dashboards, and cloud connectivity. * Document system architecture, data flows, and network topologies. * Participate in industrial cybersecurity audits and implement best practices. * Standardize automation assets, protocols, and naming conventions. * Support troubleshooting of critical systems and ensure high production availability. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Extensive professional experience with PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell) and industrial networks. * Knowledge of industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT, Profinet). * Familiarity with SCADA systems, Historian, and industrial databases. * Experience with OT/IT data integration and digital architectures (UNS, IIoT). * Technical English proficiency for reading manuals and documentation. **Leadership** * Proactivity in identifying and resolving technical issues. * Strong communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. * Systemic thinking and focus on operational reliability. * Interest in innovation and digital transformation. * You feel energized when delivering outstanding results.
