Involvement in meal preparation and distribution Unimetal is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support kitchen routines, ensuring organization, hygiene, and quality in meal preparation and distribution. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing food, salads, fruits, juices, and coffee; * Perform food, utensil, equipment, and internal/external area sanitation; * Support pre\-preparation and advance planning for the following day's activities; * Organize plates, trays, and distribution ramps; * Assist in meal distribution and replenishment of prepared items; * Monitor temperature, collect samples, and complete worksheets; * Separate recyclable waste and dispose of garbage properly; * Use PPE correctly and comply with food safety and environmental regulations; * Support the chef in daily kitchen activities. Requirements: * Elementary school education; * Experience in kitchen operations. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.850,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
