Opportunity for learning and development We are looking for a Sales Administration Apprentice to support our team in administrative and operational routines related to commercial customer service. The selected candidate will handle expense reconciliation, provide administrative support to the sales department, communicate with sales representatives and customers, update control spreadsheets (e.g., equipment, internal deadlines, negotiations), and assist other internal departments as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing and controlling sales representatives' expense reconciliations; * Contact sales representatives and customers to provide commercial support; * Update spreadsheets tracking equipment, internal deadlines, and negotiations; * Support scheduling of internal visits and follow-up on pending items; * Assist in sending information to the billing department and other departments when required. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in high school or technical education. * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and email); * Good communication and organizational skills; * Willingness to learn and develop; * Age between 17 and 24 years.
