If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level support for corporate systems, software, and applications on-site * Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Execute equipment movement, addition, and replacement * Ensure customer platform availability and performance * Meet SLA and service-level requirements related to infrastructure, telephony, and IT * Log, track, and resolve tickets via ITSM * Monitor environments and follow incidents through to resolution * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and operating system maintenance * Support equipment deployments and movements, validating and resolving incidents **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields * Experience in field service support * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of networking and telecommunications systems * Experience with microcomputers and notebook maintenance * User support experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * English proficiency **CLT Employment \+ Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Chartered transportation or transportation allowance * Medical and dental plans * Life insurance * Meal/voucher allowance * Discount club * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila * Discounts on Positivo products * University partnership program * And much more If this role resonates with you and you want to grow with Positivo S\+, apply now and join our team!
