




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for attendance control, document management, administrative support, and operational team assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Access management and process monitoring Job Description: • Monitor employee attendance records • Receive, organize, and manage time sheets • Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR • Request and monitor the issuance of physical access credentials • Request and monitor the creation of virtual access accounts • Receive and dispatch document mailbags • Sort and organize uniforms and PPE for shipment • Perform external postal services • Support data collection and mapping activities • Maintain updated departmental records: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. • Provide additional administrative support as required by the department • Respond to requests from the Analyst regarding data collection • Assist the operational team in resolving incidents • Verify and update data/folders in the Client's system: controls and procedures • Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation • Verify overtime entries according to the maintenance service schedule • Request password resets for Conbras team members (Client interface) • Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (Client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage arrangements Minimum Education: Extracurricular / Vocational training course * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance
