**Job Objective:** Provide support in the development, maintenance, and improvement of systems, websites, applications, and internal tools. The Junior Programmer will perform technical programming tasks, testing, and documentation, contributing to system performance and continuous learning in the development field. **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in coding systems, websites, and applications according to technical specifications; Correct errors and make minor adjustments to existing code; Participate in software testing and validation; Document processes, code, and updates; Support integration between systems and databases; Contribute improvements and technical suggestions for ongoing projects; Collaborate with finance, portfolio, design, product, and technical support teams. **Desired Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. **Desired Technical Skills:** Programming logic and data structures; Languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, or C\#; Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL databases; Familiarity with APIs, Git, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Basic knowledge of frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.) is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** Proactivity and willingness to learn; Organization and attention to detail; Good communication and teamwork; Analytical problem-solving skills; Commitment to deadlines and quality.
