It designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan to complete a project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; resolves operational issues and minimizes delays. It identifies, develops, and mobilizes the resources required to complete the project.**Summary of this role** ----------------------- The Project Manager, Manager – Laundry, Cooking and Dish Categories in Rio Claro is responsible for leading regional projects from conception to launch within these categories. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, adhering to the Whirlpool Product Development (WPD) process, communicating with stakeholders, managing risks, optimizing resource allocation, and championing continuous improvement. Key qualifications include proven project management experience, strong leadership and team management skills, a thorough understanding of product development processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and fluency in English.
