This role includes verifying completed work, organizing resources, and supervising the assembly team. **Responsibilities:** * Lead teams responsible for assembling and disassembling metal (aluminum) forms. * Plan and organize daily concrete pours to maintain production pace. * Inspect executed tasks to ensure quality and safety. * Monitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment. * Support foremen and engineers in meeting project schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience assembling metal forms and working on concrete wall projects. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. * Leadership ability and experience managing assembly teams. * Literacy required for reading drawings and specifications. **Additional Information** What you’ll get: * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance, Health and Dental Plans, Meal/ Food Vouchers (VR/VA). * Work modality: 100% on-site. * Benefits according to the collective labor agreement. * Exclusive SER Green Blood Benefits package.
