Collaborative and dynamic work environment **SYDEL STAR SISTEMAS ELETRÔNICOS LTDA.** **JOB OPENING: TECHNICAL ASSISTANT – MACAÉ/RJ** **Responsibilities:** * Assist technicians with installation, maintenance, and support activities for CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, intrusion alarms, intercom systems, audio systems, and others; * Assist in cable routing, infrastructure assembly, and equipment mounting; * Perform basic tests and inspections under the guidance of the responsible technician; * Organize tools, materials, and work equipment; * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the worksite. **Requirements:** * Technical education (completed or ongoing) in **Electrical Engineering** or **Electronics**; * Prior experience supporting electronic or electrical system installations and maintenance is desirable; * A valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is a plus; * Willingness to learn and follow instructions; * Ability to work in a team and interact professionally with clients; * Availability to work overtime and on-call shifts as required. **Desirable Courses and Certifications:** * NR06 (Personal Protective Equipment) * NR10 (Electrical Installation Safety) * NR35 (Work at Heights) * PTA (Platform) **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Strong communication ability and interpersonal relationship skills; * Commitment and responsibility in field activities. **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal voucher / Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Amil Health and Dental Plan (after probation period); * Internal training programs and learning and growth opportunities; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
