Skills: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality. Team and conflict management. Dining room operations. Knowledge of menu items and products, safety and hygiene standards, and management systems. Ability to train and develop talent. Specific Knowledge: Intermediate/advanced English; Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control and dining room routines. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite and management systems).
