Job Mission: Supervise the repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment aboard the rig. Exercise effective control and efficient operation of the rig’s technical and mechanical aspects concerning personal safety, rig safety, and environmental protection. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and ensure that repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment are conducted prudently and safely. * Ensure compliance with Constellation Petroleum Services’ policies, local and international regulations regarding rig operations, and current pollution regulations. * Monitor generator controls and power distribution, ensuring power availability at all times. * Assist in preparing the annual performance evaluation for all subordinates. * Maintain discipline onboard and ensure adherence to Constellation’s disciplinary procedures. * All employees are responsible for working with quality and safety, providing a safe working environment, and cultivating positive attitudes and practices toward the environment. * All members of the organization must be jointly responsible for quality, their own safety, and the safety of personnel they work with and supervise. * Second Engineer Officer * As Chief Engineer Officer, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining, servicing, and cleaning all areas within the lifecycle (two 12-hour shifts adapted to the cycle) and equipment, contributing to general corrective and preventive maintenance of our equipment/tools and instruments. * Contributing to the vessel’s efficient organization through the use of cleaning manuals and procedures, thereby preserving its physical integrity and usability conditions according to material-specific characteristics, as well as minimizing equipment lifespan degradation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nautical Sciences * Certificate of Competency (COC) – Chief Engineer Officer * STCW III/2 * Maritime certification **You stand out if you have:** * Offshore experience on drilling units * Second Engineer Officer * Education: Completed High School; * Affinity with fashion retail; * Willingness to learn. **Additional Information** **Offshore Work Schedule – 14 Days On / 14 Days Off** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Private Pension Plan * Birthday Bonus * Birthday Allowance * Back-to-School Allowance * Newborn Allowance * Gympass Have you ever considered building your career at a company certified as a *Great Place to Work*, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country? **Constellation** is the leader in ultra-deepwater drilling in Brazil and, for over 45 years, has maintained an uninterrupted commitment to developing the petroleum industry.
