**Responsibilities and duties**
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct monitoring and follow-up of workers in the "Continuing Care Path";
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct monitoring and follow-up of workers diagnosed with mental disorders at the frequency defined by PETROBRAS;
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct monitoring and follow-up of workers with a history of chemical dependency and smoking at the frequency defined by PETROBRAS;
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct monitoring and follow-up of workers affected by workplace violence situations at the frequency defined by PETROBRAS;
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct monitoring and follow-up of workers after work-related accidents and/or occupational diseases at the frequency defined by PETROBRAS;
Perform activities based on concepts of Person-Centered Care, Safety, and Patient Experience;
Work in a multidisciplinary team to develop a "care plan" for workers according to mapped individual risk factors;
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct individual or group care;
Advise, plan, manage, and conduct actions for worker care, recovery, prevention, and health promotion according to the epidemiological profile of the target population;
Promote health in the workplace through collaborative, specialized, and multidisciplinary actions for the entire workforce;
Conduct critical analysis, propose, plan, and manage improvements in employee engagement in the mental health program and in improving health indicators within their scope of responsibility;
Conduct interdisciplinary and multiprofessional individual follow-up for active and absent employees;
Conduct epidemiological analyses and health surveillance actions, including reporting to municipal health departments in their coverage area regarding mandatory notification diseases;
Prepare reports and technical opinions on matters within their specialty when requested;
Develop materials, deliver lectures, and engage in educational practices on health-related topics targeting leaders, workforce, and health/human resources professionals;
Matrix teams;
Conduct home and hospital visits;
Record information and services provided in specific forms and/or computerized systems;
Perform other duties described in Law No. 7,498/86 and its amendments, Decree No. 94,406/87, as well as other regulations issued by the Federal Nursing Council (COFEN), Regional Nursing Council (COREN), Regulatory Standards from the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and applicable current legislation."
