Responsibilities * Provide technical support to the company's internal users * Administer and maintain network and server infrastructure * Implement and monitor information security policies * Participate in system improvement and upgrade projects Requirements * Prior experience in the IT field * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols * Ability to efficiently and proactively resolve problems * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team * Degree in Information Technology or related fields
