Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive logistical administration, including planning, managing transport requests, scheduling, and maintaining systems for cargo and personnel operations, ideal for professionals passionate about logistics. A collaborative, results-oriented environment with support for professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and administer RTs (Transport Requests) in the client's system (issue, update, correct, cancel); * Enter personnel and material embarkation/disembarkation schedules into the client's internal systems and distribute them to relevant employees and departments; * Use the client's Logistics System as the primary tool for controlling and administering logistics operations, including embarkation/disembarkation, report generation, and KPI maintenance; * Populate and update all modules of the client's Logistics System used by the logistics team; * Schedule port operations; * Issue transport invoices (Microsiga); * Issue requisitions in the client's system; * Issue RTs (for the client and IOC’s) in the respective systems; * Determine appropriate vehicle types (e.g., tractor-trailers). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Logistics or related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus; * Solid experience in logistics and cargo transportation; * Experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) market; * Basic/Intermediate Excel; * SAP (for cargo RTs); * Cargo load planning. **Selection Process Steps** * Registration * Assessments * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to Infotec!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized outsourcing company specializing in services, business processes (BPO), and workforce solutions.
