




**Job Mission** Work on the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions that directly add value to the business, optimizing processes, personalizing customer experiences, and automating administrative routines, with a focus on practical and applicable deliverables within the reality of Grupo Vilarejo. **Desired Knowledge** * Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; * Generative AI tools (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face); * Programming logic and script development (e.g.: Python, JavaScript); * REST APIs and system integrations; * Data manipulation and automations (e.g.: Zapier, Make, Python APIs); * Basic understanding of UX and journey personalization; * Technical English for reading and research. **Education** * Currently enrolled in a Higher Education program in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. * From the 3rd semester onwards. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and intellectual curiosity; * Organization, discipline, and results orientation; * Clear communication and active listening; * Self-management capability; * Ability to learn quickly; * Cooperation and teamwork; * Analytical and problem-solving thinking. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of AI solutions, such as automations, intelligent workflows, scripts, and generative AI assistants; * Integration of legacy systems with new tools (PMS Cloud Hotels, Ambler, SEAC); * Research and testing of emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities; * Prototyping and validation of projects focused on concrete results; * Technical documentation of processes, codes, workflows, and architectural decisions; * Progress reports and presentations on developed projects; * Collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, UX, and Administration teams to understand requirements; * Participation in the creation and structuring of Grupo Vilarejo's new AI department. **Success Indicators (KPIs)** * Number of automations/solutions delivered per cycle; * Time/process reduction per integration performed; * Degree of solution alignment with the needs of supported areas; * Feedback from areas benefiting from the deliverables; * Level of individual technical autonomy and growth; * Quality of delivered documentation. **Job Challenges** * Translating non-technical requirements into practical solutions; * Quickly learning about existing systems and how to integrate them; * Working with limited internal technical references and significant room for innovation; * Prioritizing and managing multiple development fronts; * Developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
