Description:
* Technical education in Building Construction or related fields.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* Experience in Construction Planning and Team Management.
* Proficiency in Office suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD).
* Driver's license A/B.
* Availability for on-site work in Miguel Pereira / Paty do Alferes / RJ

* Supervise in-house and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, assigning tasks according to demand, project requirements, and company, safety, and quality standards;
* Size and guide in-house and/or third-party work teams to ensure activities align with the execution project and the construction schedule;
* Determine equipment and material requirements for construction projects;
* Inspect the quality of completed work, verifying and validating third-party measurements;
* Report physical progress of construction works, validating daily logs with site inspectors and preparing civil engineering projects as required;
* Update periodic reports on the physical\-financial schedule progress, developing and presenting area-specific indicators;
* Coordinate departments under their responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources;
* Operate company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and adherence to established traffic regulations.
* Promote compliance with and implementation of Sustainability (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health) standards.
