




Job Summary: This professional will proactively contact customers to offer services, handle customer onboarding and plan upgrades, manage incidents, and monitor installations. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive contact with customers and prospects to offer services and upgrades. 2. Participation in customer onboarding processes and incident handling. 3. Monitoring installations with customer support throughout the entire process. **Responsibilities:** Proactively contact existing customers and potential new customers via telephone, chat, or in person to offer services or facilitate plan upgrades, following company procedures and using designated sales channels; Handle customer onboarding by creating, through the system, sales/incident records for new installations or plan upgrades; Manage incidents assigned to the department; Monitor open incidents until new installations are completed, providing continuous customer support throughout the process. **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Competencies:** Ethics Empathy Communication Ability to work under pressure Commitment to goals
