Strategic participation in meetings and decision-making **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Organize and clean the workplace; Participate in the Daily Dialogue on Safety and Productivity (DDSP); Plan, control, and execute material procurement; Prepare histograms; Define priorities; Verify technical specifications; Prepare reports; Conduct tests and evaluations; Attend meetings with clients and planning teams to provide input on project progress and inspections; Estimate material quantities required; Develop internal project scope, including schedule, budget, layout drawings, and technical specifications; Perform assigned tasks in accordance with applicable technical procedures and current quality, safety, environmental, and health standards. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- Be part of the creation and implementation of contract management processes and ensure ongoing compliance with processes, policies, and standards across all Seatrium business units. Manage local project content for active projects. Draft contracts and amendments, and continuously improve contract templates. Validate contract translations, manage contract documentation, and handle project communications. Collaborate with the Legal Department and other business units. Review, present, advise, and support internal stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and deliverables. Responsible for facilitating the project risk management process, including maintaining the project risk register.
