Establish technical sheets and preparation standards. Monitor recipe execution during production. Adjust seasonings and final presentations of dishes. Manage waste in the industrial kitchen. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as Cook, Station Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
