Job Summary: A professional to assist in various stages of construction, from cleaning and organizing the construction site to preparing materials and maintaining equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cleaning and organization of the construction site. 2. Carries out demolitions, excavations, and preparation of mortars. 3. Assists professionals at all stages of the construction project. **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \- Cleans, organizes, and participates in setting up the construction site; \- Performs demolitions, excavations, and soil compaction using manual tools and electric machinery; \- Prepares mortar and/or plaster for any construction-related activity; \- Performs first-level maintenance; \- Is responsible for storing and cleaning machinery and tools, as well as inspecting equipment conditions and performing minor repairs; \- Handles vertical or horizontal transportation, loading and unloading of materials; \- Assists professionals across all departments and at all stages of the construction project; \- Collaborates with teams while focusing on safety and smooth progress of activities; **\- WE OPERATE WITH AN OVERTIME BANK SYSTEM;** **Experience Requirements:** \- Proven experience of 2 years as a construction helper/assistant; **Benefits:** \- Transportation allowance; \- On-site meals; \- Grocery basket for attendance; \- Group life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.120,80 per month Benefits: * Grocery basket * Group life insurance * Transportation allowance
