




Job Summary: This role involves providing basic technical support, assisting with equipment and network maintenance, and managing user inventory and access. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for employees 2. Equipment maintenance and configuration 3. Inventory and access management * Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing basic technical issues (e.g., system access, printer problems, emails, etc.); * Support the installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.); * Assist in organizing hardware and software inventory; * Track technical tickets via the service management system and help close them; * Support the infrastructure team in maintaining the network (cabling, routers, switches); * Assist in formatting and preparing machines for new employees; * Support access control, permissions management, and user account creation.
