Join us!** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Act as Technical Responsible (DRE) for the **BCM (Body Control Module)**; * Monitor development and validation of embedded electronic systems; * Manage technical requirements, specifications, and engineering changes; * Interface with suppliers and internal departments (validation, integration, software, hardware); * Support testing and validation (bench and vehicle); * Analyze failures and propose technical solutions; * Monitor deliveries according to project schedule (PDP); * Ensure system quality, performance, and compliance. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Degree in **Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or related fields**; * Experience or knowledge in **validation of electronic components and/or embedded software**; * Advanced English; * Analytical profile and strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration; * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with automotive electronic modules (BCM, ECU, etc.); * Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN); * Hands-on experience with tools such as **CANoe / CANalyzer / INCA**; * Experience in an automotive environment (not mandatory); * Familiarity with development processes (PDP). **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
