If you seek growth within a team that invests in people, this is the right place! **What You Will Do:** **Tax Area (with autonomy):** * Perform complete tax calculations (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IPI) without constant supervision * Close and submit ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions) * Review work performed by assistants (classifications, imports, journal entries) * Assist clients via phone/WhatsApp to clarify tax-related matters * Interpret legislation and apply it to practical routines * Manage the tax calendar for your client portfolio * Participate in studies on Tax Reform (CBS, IBS) **Accounting Area (with autonomy):** * Perform full accounting closings (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, reconciliations) * Prepare management reports for clients (analyses, KPIs) * Review journal entries and reconciliations performed by assistants Validate balances and ensure tax-accounting integration * Assist clients in explaining financial statements and analyses * Identify and correct inconsistencies prior to closing **What You Need to Have...** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting Sciences (from the 4th semester onward) * Minimum 2 years of experience in tax and accounting routines * Technical proficiency in tax calculation (you perform these tasks independently, without constant supervision) * Solid knowledge of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions) * Experience in full accounting closings * Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF) * Ability to make technical decisions autonomously * Communication skills to guide teams and assist clients * Organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously * Genuine openness to using new technologies and tools **Preferred Qualifications (non-eliminatory):** * Experience with Questor or G\-Click systems * Experience using AI at work (ChatGPT, automations) * Participation in courses/events on Tax Reform * Experience providing technical client support * Experience mentoring/training junior professionals * Curious and proactive profile regarding technology **Compensation:** R$ 2\.725,00 to R$ 3\.600,00 \+ benefits (Health insurance, meal voucher, transportation voucher)
