Preparing budgets and updating the construction management system Description: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Driver's license category B is a plus. * Customer interaction for scheduling construction projects, maintenance, and requalification; * Follow-up on projects among customer, sales, and contractor; * Monitor execution of preventive maintenance routes; * Update the construction management system; * Prepare budgets for small-scale construction projects based on existing contracts; * Interface with logistics, sales, and administration departments; * Schedule truck routes; * Coordinate with customers for the requalification process; * Verify documentation for the preventive maintenance process. 2512250202491934933
