If you have solid experience in the field and seek a structured environment offering opportunities for growth and leadership, this position may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Handle routine tasks in the Human Resources Department Support and structure Training and Development initiatives Manage positions and salaries Ensure compliance with labor legislation (CLT) Use HR systems (e.g., Alterdata and TOTVS) Support management with process analysis and improvement **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resource Management, or related fields Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Solid knowledge of labor legislation Experience with HR subsystems Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Meal/food allowance (R$ 40/day) Attendance bonus basket (R$ 115\) Health and dental insurance (Amil – co-payment plan) On-site equipped kitchen facility **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location:** Japuíba – Angra dos Reis/RJ Position Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
