Materials Planning Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for defining and reviewing stock parameters, analyzing material consumption, tracking orders, using ERP systems, and managing logistics performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Stock parameter definition and review 2. Material consumption analysis and order tracking 3. ERP system usage and logistics performance indicator management Main Responsibilities: * + Define and review stock parameters (minimum/maximum) based on historical consumption and production forecasts + Analyze material consumption and request replenishment according to lead times + Track purchase orders and perform follow-up with suppliers + Use the company's ERP system to maintain up-to-date data on materials, orders, inventory, and movements + Monitor customer order portfolio via EDI (if applicable) + Manage supply chain, consumption, and coverage logistics performance indicators + Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating with receiving and warehouse teams + Support physical inventories, cyclic reviews, and inventory balance adjustments + Support logistics in freight control, especially emergency shipments + Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making Working hours to be determined.
