**Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement safety policies and procedures; * Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections and training; * Conduct training sessions and safety initiatives; * Guide and train employees on safe work practices and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Onboard new employees. **Required Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in occupational safety, preferably in green area maintenance or outdoor activities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (NRs) for occupational safety. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday \- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday \- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: CLT 100% In-person Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3\.891,80 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a valid Class B driver's license? * What is your availability to start? * What is your salary expectation?
