Proactive identification of behavioral deviations and risks We are seeking a professional to work as a Monitoring Analyst, responsible for operational oversight of forest road transportation, with a focus on analyzing and responding to alerts generated by tracking technologies, telemetry, and other onboard monitoring systems. The professional's primary objective is to ensure operational safety by proactively identifying behavioral deviations, operational risks, and incidents that could compromise the safety of drivers, vehicles, cargo, and other road users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor alerts and incidents from transportation operations in real time; * Analyze, prioritize, and handle critical alerts generated by the telemetry system; * Identify top offenders and behavioral patterns that may impact safety and operational efficiency; * Address deviations such as speeding, schedule violations, and other operational non-conformities; * Record information and evidence in operational tools; * Escalate incidents according to established matrix and procedures. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Teamwork skills and strong interpersonal relationships; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in administrative or logistics routine roles for at least 3 months; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course in Logistics or Administration (completed or in progress). **Send resume to:** rh@k2si.com.br Compensation: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
