We seek a dedicated, organized, and proactive professional with experience in building maintenance and care for common areas, ensuring proper operation and preservation of the condominium. Requirements: * Completed high school education * Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule * Driver's license category A/B * Valid NR 10 and NR 35 certifications * Knowledge of minor hydraulic repairs and basic masonry services in common areas Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary: R$ 2\.197,31 * Additional function allowance: R$ 439,46 * Attendance bonus: R$ 300,00 * Meal voucher: R$ 450,00 * Food basket: R$ 145,00 * Transportation voucher (round trip) Permanent CLT employment, with all labor rights guaranteed.
