Description
**Job Function/Activity Description:**
· Plan and manage the entire construction project;
· Read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings;
· Develop and monitor physical and financial schedules;
· Manage in-house and subcontracted teams;
· Size resources: labor, materials, and equipment;
· Plan procurement and manage inventory control;
· Coordinate approvals with public agencies and utility providers;
· Finalize progress measurements with contractors and suppliers;
· Control costs, productivity, and deadlines;
· Coordinate occupational safety and compliance with technical standards;
· Monitor inspections and audits;
· Oversee administrative routines on site (documentation, contracts, records, and reports);
· Interface with designers, suppliers, and executive management;
· Ensure quality by following company procedures and standards.
· Deliver as-built documentation, operation manuals, and service acceptance.
**Prerequisites:**
· Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering;
· Active CREA registration;
· Experience in construction projects using structural masonry systems, conventional reinforced concrete structures, and waffle slabs;
· Ability to interpret and analyze complex data for strategic decision-making;
· Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting software (Excel, Power BI);
· Experience interpreting technical drawings.

· Experience with ISO 9001 and PBQPH.

Compensation: starting from R$10\.000,00 per month
