Sítio Raio de Sol is a rural tourism venue offering nature-based experiences. With various outdoor activities, it is ideal for families and groups seeking leisure and relaxation. **Responsibilities:** Developing and implementing Production and Service Processes (EPP / FPP / EPS / FPS) together with managers. Developing and implementing Work Instructions (IT) together with managers. Developing and implementing process records, training materials, and deploying these controls together with managers. Implementing a process verification inspection plan (VAP), preventive and corrective actions in case of deviations. Practical outcome: implementation and control of processes aimed at standardization and continuous improvement, such as reduction of time, effort, and consumption. Tasks related to standard Process Assistant duties. Position based in Limeira / SP. Previous experience as Process Assistant, Process Analyst, Process Coordinator, or Process Improvement Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
