Design, implement, and optimize technological and process solutions that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of Nestlé Brazil’s Physical Logistics operations. This professional will be responsible for Process Analysis, Solution Development, and Project Management to ensure correct implementation across various business units, promoting standardization, system integration, and automation.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities...**
Process Analysis: Thoroughly assess departmental needs and requirements, identifying gaps and inefficiencies in business processes.
Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative systems integrating advanced technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence.
Project Management: Apply agile methodologies to execute projects, ensuring solutions meet business scope and are delivered on time and within budget.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on new solutions and processes, developing guides and documentation.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure system and process performance, making adjustments as needed.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments—including IT and Operations—to ensure strategic alignment of proposed solutions.
Vendor Research and Evaluation: Identify and evaluate external vendors and technology solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
**What Will Contribute to Your Success?**
Academic Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, including participation in innovative and disruptive projects—particularly in logistics.
Familiarity with RPA Tools: Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
Proficiency in Programming Languages: Python skills for process automation and ability to handle data using Power Query (M language).
System Integration: Ability to integrate diverse systems and platforms via APIs (GET, POST methods).
Agile Methodologies: Project management expertise using agile frameworks such as PMP and SCRUM.
Advanced English: Preferred for communication in a globalized environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility.
