Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for process compliance, acting as a change agent, monitoring images and alarms, and resolving incidents, with a focus on continuous improvement and team support. Supporting security and continuous improvement initiatives * Strong adherence to processes and procedures; * Serving as a change agent in processes, procedures, and standards related to loss prevention; * Disseminating techniques and best practices across the work team. * Monitoring images and alarms at distribution centers (DCs); * Handling alarms generated by monitoring tools and escalating to appropriate resolution teams when necessary; * Resolving incidents in the environment involving low- to medium-complexity actions; * Creating and tracking internal and external service requests, performing appropriate follow-up actions; * Completing internal control spreadsheets and files; * Responding to internal communication channels (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, etc.); * Implementing continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and forwarding them to responsible teams; * Supporting security at workstations.
