Requirements: * Prior experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role. * Strong team management and leadership skills. * Knowledge of inventory control and financial flow management. * Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick and efficient resolution. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
