




Description: What we are looking for in you: * Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields. * Experience in all payroll department routines; * Organization, attention to detail and commitment to deadlines; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Knowledge of labor legislation and proficiency in eSocial and other ancillary obligations. * Ability to support employees and managers clearly, empathetically and with a consultative approach; * Strong communication skills, proactivity and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. * Familiarity with the Senior System is a plus. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, vacation and personnel movement processes. * Monitoring and controlling electronic timekeeping, hour banks and benefits. * Keeping employee records up to date in internal systems. * Providing support to employees and managers, clarifying questions regarding labor routines, internal procedures and HR policies. * Acting in a consultative capacity, supporting departments with payroll-related requests. * Contributing to the organization and continuous improvement of area processes. 2512300202491890708
