Speak with your immediate manager, express your intentions, and keep your resume updated on Sonepeople. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map strategic accounts and identify automation opportunities. * Conduct technical visits and meetings to assess customer needs. * Develop technical and commercial proposals in partnership with manufacturers. * Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations. * Negotiate commercial terms with customers and suppliers. * Manage the sales pipeline and maintain updated information in the CRM. * Participate in technical events and trade fairs for lead generation and brand strengthening. * Analyze the technical and financial feasibility of projects (ROI, payback, costs). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**, **Automation Engineering**, or **Technology in Electrical/Automation**. * Experience in business prospecting, technical consulting, manufacturer integration, and solution development. * Technical knowledge: * + **PLCs and Programming** + **Industrial Networks and Cybersecurity** + **Supervisory Systems (SCADA, MES/ERP)** + **Drives and Motion Control** + **Electrical Panels (IEC 61439, NR10\)** + **Design Tools (EPLAN)** + **System Integration (IEC 62443\)** * Consulting, communication, and strategic negotiation skills. * Analytical capability to define commercial and technical strategies. * Valid driver’s license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Dynamics (preferred) **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Gympass, Access to GoFluent Language Platform, and Profit Sharing (PLR). **Optum Support Program:** In partnership with **Ifood**, providing psychological and social guidance, extended to family members at no cost to the employee, accessible via phone contact.
