If you are prepared to become a valuable member of our team and enjoy managing financial documentation and reports, we encourage you to apply! **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM** **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or commuting subsidy; * Health insurance plan; * One Gym Limeira gym membership; * Company-provided courses and events. **Selection Process:** * Registration \> Behavioral and Technical Assessment \> Interview with Team Leader \> Interview with Manager \> Practical Test \> Hiring. **Responsibilities:** * Perform journal entries and bank reconciliations; * Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Income Statements (DRE); * Maintain up-to-date and accurate balance sheets and trial balances; * Support preparation of periodic accounting reports; * Provide analytical support for data-driven decision-making; * Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client needs and deliver customized financial analyses; * Maintain effective communication with clients regarding financial transactions. * Submit mandatory accounting obligations such as ECD, DEFIS, etc. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Accountancy Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (Mandatory); * Knowledge of Real Profit taxation regime (Lucro Real) (Mandatory); * Proficiency in accounting systems (Mandatory); * Basic Excel knowledge (Mandatory); * Professional experience in an accounting department (Mandatory); * Analytical ability and attention to detail (Mandatory); * Strong communication skills; * Quick learning ability and multidisciplinary mindset; * Skill in analyzing financial and operational indicators; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Preferred).
