At LM 2 Rodas, we work enthusiastically, inspiring the passion to be and belong, because here everyone is essential and can make a difference. **Job Responsibilities** * Strictly comply with working hours and internal company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook; * Perform freight invoice auditing according to rates negotiated with carriers; * Conduct daily auditing of costs associated with issued CT\-e documents, with special attention to CT\-e documents showing cost variations exceeding 10%; * Identify, record, and claim from carriers all discrepancies found in rate tables and freight invoices; * Generate invoices in the GFE environment for release to the Finance module; * Work proficiently with the GFE module and support improvement and integration with the Finance, Billing, and Procurement modules; * Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of freight rate tables and their components, such as: Freight Value, Freight Weight, ICMS, Toll, GRIS, TDA, TDE, EMEX, TDR, Storage Fee, CAT, CT\-e Fee, Redelivery, among others; * Prepare, update, and maintain freight auditing spreadsheets; * Ensure XML file integration into Protheus, performing weekly audits to identify rejected or pending fiscal documents; * Ensure all carriers send XML, TXT, and invoices to the correct e\-mail addresses; * Ensure all shipped invoices are properly recorded in Protheus with delivery date and time; * Monitor and manage EDI delivery submissions by carriers and manually record deliveries when no system integration exists; * Request carriers to improve logistics performance, focusing on the 10 cities with the lowest delivery rates per Brazilian state (UF); * Register freight rate tables, carriers, and suppliers in the system; * Forward carrier registration requests to the registration team to register carriers as customers, enabling issuance of replacement invoices for shortages, damages, or claims; * Monitor and manage claim, loss, and missing shipment titles from opening through resolution, including freight documents linked to replacement invoices; * Participate in N5 meetings, contributing analyses and area indicators; * Maintain POPs (Standard Operating Procedures) on the XWiki platform; * Monitor and track TARE licenses of partner carriers operating between GO and other UFs; * Perform activities related to fiscal closing, including: + Retrieval of canceled CT\-e documents; + Submission of rejections; + Monitoring of freight under audit; + Updating freight data in the fiscal module; * Audit weights of domestic and imported products, including private-label items. **Essential Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, Finance, or Accounting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate-level Excel skills; **Desirable Skills** * Experience with the Protheus system (will be considered an advantage).
