This Continuous Education Coordinator position is for someone who wants to make a tangible impact on the learning journeys of hundreds of professionals. You will work at a growing company that sees education as a business strategy—not merely an obligation. Your role will be to structure, coordinate, and evolve continuous training programs, ensuring each learning path aligns meaningfully with both business objectives and individual needs. * Design and coordinate the company’s Continuous Education program. * Develop Power BI dashboards and interactive reports to support data-driven decision-making. * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership teams. * Plan technical, behavioral, and leadership learning paths. * Select, negotiate with, and manage vendors, training institutions, and consulting firms. * Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor outcomes. * Lead or facilitate strategic training sessions when required. * Promote and engage the team in a culture of continuous learning. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Nursing, Health Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in Corporate Education, Coordination, or leadership of health-related training programs. * Experience working within SUS (Brazil’s Unified Health System), including referral and counter-referral processes. * Ability to analyze training metrics and generate actionable insights. * Strong communication skills, group facilitation abilities, and leadership relationship management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Corporate Education or related fields. * Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. * Prior work in fast-growing companies or environments undergoing cultural transformation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to learning.
