Performing preventive and corrective maintenance. **Job Description** Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on operational machines and equipment to keep them in perfect working condition (Mariana Complex) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Program and execute activities involving process control, electrical projects, industrial electronics, programmable logic controllers, and operation of electrical machines * Prepare purchase requests for the procurement department to acquire parts, tools, and materials required for performing assigned tasks * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment according to the established schedule. * Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, fans, etc. * Clean filters, clear pipe obstructions, and lubricate equipment * Assemble machines and equipment, interpret manuals and drawings, and conduct functional tests * Participate in mechanical assembly or installation of new machines and equipment, collaborating with supplier or manufacturer teams or under supervision from superiors * Inspect equipment to determine maintenance type, collect maintenance control data, and request replacement parts and materials * Identify faults in machines and systems * Replace parts and components, perform emergency adjustments, and restore machines and equipment to productive operating conditions * Perform electrical maintenance repairs on sensors, control panels, and wiring (preventive, corrective, and predictive). **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed High School Technical course in Electromechanics or in Electricity and Mechanics.
